7.  MAKE SURE THAT THE HOUSE MEETS YOUR NECESSARY CRITERIA

    Go back to step 2 and make sure that this particular house meets the most important criteria.  If it doesn't, can those things be changed?  For example, many times fences, garages, bathrooms among other things can be added.  The location however can't be changed.
